Missing Submit

I just had some updates on some things and I can’t see a submit button on my contact form admin area and it just shows the code on my site. I looked through my css files and php but I don’t know if I’m looking for the right thing. I don’t have a “submit.php” in my files looking at my site from my sftp but I don’t know if there’s even supposed to be one in there. I don’t know what’s wrong and why I don’t have a submit option.
