• Hello,
    I have the Advanced CF7 DB plugin installed on this website and although it seems to be working correctly, the client says they have received more email form submissions than there are database entries.
    I tested the form and it is working fine for me. I looked in the database and didn’t see any records there that aren’t displaying in the admin panel.
    Can you think of any reason why it would be working intermittently?
    Are there any known incompatibilities?

    Hello @createscape,

    Thank you for contacting us. Can you enable the WordPress Debugging and check if any error are been received or not. Else if you have disabled the form submission of the data for that particular form using the shortcode provision provided.

    If you do not find any error’s, you can hire a developer to check the issue or you can contact us to help you out with your issue. Mainly the issue may be relevant to the Upload of the document. Kindly remove this field and then check if the form data is been visible in the back office.
