missing string in the list that should be translated

Everything goes fine with this pluggin but one thing:
In the corner of the thme there is a social link icon with some text, both are seen in the markup as li elements under ul elemnt. the link labe is “Follow Us” and I couldn’t find it in list of the strings inside the pluggin. I tried to find it manually in the php files but couldn’t also.
Can someone help please?
