Change the screen options in top right hand corner and in locations per page. Then hit apply which will save it

    Please re-read my OP again.

The problem is that listings are completely missing from Locations.

I can see them when I sort backwards. However, if I browse through listings with reverse sorting, there are others that are missing. Clearly there’s a bug which omits some locations. Unless I debug the code, it’s not clear what is causing it.

It has nothing to do with screen options.

I cannot reproduce your issue on my site. Are you using filters to sort?

Check to make sure you do not have spaces or blanks in front of the names. Were your locations added manually one by one? or Did you import them via csv file? Are you clicking on the name and sorting that way?

I am having the same issue. Did you end up resolving this @sitehatchery ?

No, unfortunately not. I probably imported the records several years ago, using a CSV import tool. Not sure though. There are no spaces at the beginning or end of the title.

On one of the screenshots I noticed Goodwin’s Organic does not appear to be correct, the City and state are on the same line separated with a comma and the zip code is in the state column . This may indicate (without being in your database) that imported via a csv file the columns /field names may not have imported correctly. If you currently have the Power add-on do an export to csv file and review the csv file to ensure all the locations are entered correctly.
(Keep in mind that data is exported in “first in” order. It is not always alphabetical or based on the location ID. It is based on which records were saved to the database first. If you are missing locations on your export it is likely because the export did not complete before being stopped by the server.)
