    If a customer has successfully purchased a product and the payment has been successful, the order has the status “completed”. Now the customer beheads that the credit card was stolen and thus the payment on Stripe is displayed as “Dispute”. If you lose this case now, the entire amount will be refunded. But nothing changes in WooCommerce. The order should have the status refunded.

    Are you using 4.0? Do you have webhooks setup? Without webhooks your store won’t get any notifications from Stripe.

    Thanks for the hint royho. I didn’t set my webhook endpoint in stripe.
