Missing “Start from scratch” automation

  • Can anyone tell me why the option to “Start from scratch” automation is missing on one website within the Meta Business Suite but showing in another? I’m baffled by the whole thing to be honest and no response so far from my other question removal of predefined questions.

    Not asking much, just some guidance please.

    Is there still support for this plug-in or is it dead? Not sure why a developer would produce something and not offer any support afterwards. Very disappointing.
