    All my variant products have the same configuration. But only this variant can’t sync with fb catalog and has no variant ID.

    Hi there @ngsoes,

    Can you please use the Reset Facebook metadata button for this product, then update the product so that it saves and resyncs to Facebook?

    Hi @tijosh , i’ve resolved with this problems after trial and error experience. This is what i’ve done, the problem variant named “iPhone 12 Mini 5,4 Inch” so i changed it to “iPhone 12 Mini” in attributes and recreate variants. Finally, this variant “iPhone 12 Mini” sync with fb catalog and has the variant ID. I just want to know, why did this happen?

    I’m glad you were able to figure this out. As for why it may have happened, it’s difficult to say. My suspicion though is that it might have to do with the comma in the variant name “iPhone 12 Mini 5,4 Inch”. Facebook may have been interpreting the comma as a break in values.

    Was the variant named exactly like that before? And do you have other variants with a similar name that synced without any problems?

    Yes, i just have a name variant with comma and only that variant has no variant ID/not sync fb catalog. The rest variants is work as well.
