Missing some entries

our plugin does not checks file size and types , it saves contact form 7 uploads.
plugin is working but one large file was missing from server , it is not plugin’s issue , plugin never deletes any file

As our support team stated, this is not an issue with our plugin. This is an issue with the way Contact Form 7 handles things. I dont think the plugin deserves a 1 star review for an issue which has nothing to do with the plugin itself. I hope you can reconsider and the offer still stands. It’s not a missing file issue. The contact form entry (including text) is not listed by the plugin. I receive the e-mail with the files and form fields, but the plugin never list that contact. I can’t trust the plugin.

@stevelacerda, Are you sure that you selected the correct form in the plugin? Their is a drop down there where you can select the proper form to see the form fills from that specific form.

Yes, @sbazzi. Please don’t think I’m stupid by default.

I selected the correct form and it’s working on most cases. Only ONE ENTRY is missing in the list. As I also send everything by e-mail using Contact Form 7, I was able to see the missing entry.

I also checked NGINX an PHP logs, but there’s nothing wrong. I also tried to send the same files and it worked just fine. As I said, it looks like I can’t trust my form data is safe using this plugin.
