Missing some brands to filter

One product can have multiple categories. When i browse https://shop.begolfpro.com/product-category/golf-clubs/, there are only 3 brands shown but when i browse https://shop.begolfpro.com/product-category/golf-clubs/iron-sets, there are 9 brands shown. However the product of the same brand have both categories: golf clubs and iron sets.

On the iron set page, the brands are showing properly for users to filter.

However, on the club page, the brands seem to be missing.

This happens after i update to the newest version.
