    I have a problem missing some articles section at Admin Docs Dashboard but article section still exist at frontend. Now i can’t directly edit from docs dashboard or i can’t make new articles at missing topic section.

    I have done, update database, reactive plugin, rollback to older version… no luck

    Im use WordPress V6.7.1 & WeDocs 2.1.8

    The issue you described could be related to a corrupted database entry or a conflict with another plugin/theme. Here are a few steps to resolve it:

    1. Permalink Reset: Go to Settings > Permalinks, and click Save Changes to refresh your permalinks.
    2. Conflict Check: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except weDocs and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three. Check if the issue persists.
    3. Database Repair: Use a plugin like WP-Optimize or WP Repair to repair and optimize your database.

    If the issue continues, please provide temporary admin access so we can investigate further.

    After few days trying with no luck, I solve this backup full with plug-in BackWPup, delete my entire website, create new clean fresh WordPress installation, restore!

    and magic happend… All my section show up again at my wedocs Admin dashboard!!!

    It happen again (T_T), not touching any core wordpress like install new plugin or whatever. Im just only update my content.

    I am facing same issue as well. Tried updating to the latest version 2.1.10 but did not help.
    Just wondering if there is any workaround other than deactivating other plugins and db restore.

    Hi Team

    We are having same issue.

    We recently purchased the WeDocs Pro version and have created a few documents. Everything was working fine initially, but for the past few days, we have noticed an issue. Whenever we create new documents, the first document does not appear in the back-end, though it is visible on the front-end.

    Could you please help us resolve this issue?
