I’m not quite sure I understand what you want to achieve, perhaps a bit more information?

Morphology has two types of footers, one for the side column when viewed in a larger screen, and then on small to mobile screens, that one disappears and then the “page content” area gets a footer (such as you see in the black).

How to keep them static for mobile and large screen?

With this theme, that might be a bit complicated due to how this one is structured and coded. However, if you go to Google and type in this keyword set “static footer at bottom of screen”, you will find many tutorials on how this is done (generally speaking). I cannot guarantee how it will work for Morphology, but for the footer container that you would be focusing on keeping fixed in place, is this:

For the side column footer container, it has a class=”column-footer” and then for the main content area, the footer sits in this container with the ID of id=”footer-wrapper”

Overall, this is going to be a tricky one, although I do not know what your coding experience is, check out the Google results of tutorials.
