Missing Social Icon Buttons v1.9.3 and v1.9.3.1

    When I upgrade to v1.9.3 or v1.9.3.1, all of the Social Icons (facebook, twitter, google+) do not appear. I did try purging my WebSite cache & WebBrowser cache several times, but it didn’t make a difference.

    I rolled back to v1.9.2 and they returned.

    Is there anything I can test in v1.9.3? Any changes I need to make in my old code?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the confusion.

    I have “two” sites… LeLacAppelle.com and LakePath.com

    I’m sticking with v1.9.2 on both sites for now.

    I tried running v1.9.3 and v1.9.3.1 on LakePath.com…
    the Social Icons would not appear…
    I rolled it back to v1.9.2, they appeared…
    then toggled it again to v1.9.3.1, they disappeared
    then finally back to v1.9.2, and they appeared.

    I did clear both my Website Cache and Browser Cache after each install.

    Hi Damian,

    Sure thing!

    I just updated LakePath.com to v1.9.3.1
    Cleared my WebHost Cache
    Did NOT clear my Browser Cache: Icons were still there
    Cleared my Browser Cache: Icons Are Gone

    What display rules are you using? Have you tried disabling ajax mode?

    Hi Damian,

    All the boxes in the Settings Page were un-checked, except for Ajax Mode, which was checked. I think that was the default, right?

    I un-checked it at LakePath.com, updated to v1.9.3.1, purged the WebSite & Browser Cache, and the Icons re-appeared. I repeated the process on LeLacAppelle.com and the Icons are working correctly there as well.

    Any downside to not using Ajax Mode?

    It really depends on the display rules you are using and if you are using cache plugins.
    Which display rules are you using on the popups?

    Cache Plugins Used:
    SiteGround’s SG Optimizer
    Leverage Browser Caching

    The only PopUp Display Rule I use is:
    Show This Popup if: Page Type is equal to All Pages.

    You don’t need ajax mode then.
