Alright so I’m reposting this to make sure that all the necessary information is on here for help.

I’m using the Infoway Theme, I believe this is a paid theme, I’m not sure as I’m just an intern for the company I work for and I got kind of thrown into this WordPress stuff.

Last Friday, our company’s website was looking fine and I was working on it like normal. However, I got sick on Monday and Tuesday and haven’t worked on it since. No one touches the website except for me at the office.

So I come into work today, Wednesday the 19th, and see that on our front page, the drop down menus don’t show up and the Slider function is broken. There’s a white blank space where the text should be displaying different products we sell. It’s stuck on just one of the slider images, the LodeArm image.

I have scoured the internet I feel like all day today trying to fix this, and have had no luck. I even posted a thread on here a few hours ago and got no response which is why I’m re-writing it to be as specific as possible what my problem is.

Here is our website that you can see has the problem.

I’m really at a loss as to what happened over the weekend. I finally updated WordPress to 4.3 and updated the Infoway theme to 1.2.1 as I thought that might help fix it. But it didn’t do anything different.

I really hope someone can guide me in the right direction or give an answer as to how I might be able to fix my problem. I’ve certainly looked everywhere it seems on the internet, the wordpress support forums, etc.

Thank you so much in advance, and I apologize this post got very lengthy but I need help!!!!

Alright so, let’s see if you guys can answer this one:

I deactivated the W3 Total Cache plug in and it worked. Now I’ve seen people use this plugin all the time and always say you should have it. But if it’s causing problems to my site, how can I either:

    A) Find an alternative
    B) Use the W3 Total Cache but make it so it doesn’t screw things up?
