Missing slider.php file

The errors that are raised all point to a missing file which I cannot find in neither the wppolitico zip nor the option-tree zip or anywhere for that matter. I am throroughly at a loss. Any direction would immensely appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Below are the errors. BTW, I went to line 88 of header.php and it references slider.php (which does not exist).
