Missing Slider

I’ve fixed a little of the coding on the home page to fit my organization’s wants. It looks fine and perfect and works for a couple days… until a couple days later and the slider disappears. This has happened about 4 times now. Every time, I’ve reinstalled the theme and fixed everything up again. Don’t know what is wrong and why the slider disappears randomly. Help, please?
