Missing signup form on wp-signup page

  • Hi,
    I have created a wordpress multisite and when I click Register, it goes to wp-signup.php which does not show the signup form. If I revert back to Default theme I see the form. How do I resolve this?

    The problem is your theme (obviously). So what theme is this? ??

    Hi Mika,

    Sorry for the delay in getting back. The theme is the Nexus theme from Themeforest. Yes, you are correct, it is an issue related to the theme as the default WordPress theme shows the signup form OK. I do not know what to do to fix the issue. Any ideas?

    You need to go back and ask the theme designer that one ??
