Missing “Settings” Tab

  • When working within the Plugin in WordPress, the option to edit settings is not available. “Setup” and “Design” tabs are working; however, the “Settings” does not appear at all.

  • I assume you are talking about the tab menus at the top of an actual optin form creation and not the Infusionsoft menu in WordPress Admin.

    With that assumption, let me suggest what may be happening. The display settings only show up for certain types of optin forms. For example, if I choose “inline” as my opt-in form type then there is no display settings. The shortcode puts the optin form wherever you place the code directly on the page.
