Missing settings in the customizer

  • Hello,

    Some sections of the customizer do not display the items to change the settings. It shows the settings that can be changed but no buttons or anything are shown: Please see the screenshot which should be the settings for the header button:

    What can be the issue here and how can I change these settings?
