Missing settings

    I use this poll once a year for our annual awards and it seems different this year. Firstly, I can’t find the settings for the poll to ensure that people can only vote once. Also, I can’t seem to get the horizontal bars to show the results. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello Dear Wombizclub.

    Thank you for contacting us and for reporting your question.

    Limit the voting – You can limit the voting from “New Settings”. There you will find such a setting “Vote Once”, You can choose to limit the voting through PHP Cookie or IP Address.

    Sorry but we did not understand what you want to do. The second question, please can more explain for us?

    Where can I find ‘New Settings’ as I can’t see this. How do I send you a screen shot to show you what I see?

    Please can you tell which version are you using. Can you tell us.?
