Missing Selection Checkboxes for Bulk Actions

    When looking at my custom posts, I can sort by any column, and I also see the option for Bulk Actions. But there are no checkboxes to select multiple posts, and no option to select all posts. The Bulk Actions don’t do anything since multiple posts cannot be selected. How do I enable/show the checkboxes so that I can do Bulk Actions on my custom posts?
