    Hello,

I bought the pro version of Really Simple SSL and everything was working fine. Today, I saw a warning:

Your website does not send all recommended security headers.

    • Upgrade Insecure Requests
    • X-XSS protection
    • X-Content Type Options
    • Referrer-Policy
    • X-Frame-Options
    • Permissions-Policy
    • HTTP Strict Transport Security

When I logged into the settings of my WordPress site, I found that I am unable to change any of the key information, as well as my license code not existing in the settings.

What is the solution to the problem? Since these were all working in the past, I don’t understand what happened in the last 48 hours that the plugin is now popping errors and not allowing me to re-enter my licence code or change any of the header setting. My license is valid until Nov 2023.

    Thank you!

    Regards,

    Syed Khalid Muhammad

    Hi @commandeleven,

Please ensure that you have the latest versions of both the Free and Pro plugin enabled on the website; which will both allow you to enter/modify the license & use the Pro features.

In any case; if I test your website URL via SecurityHeaders.com, it seems that just the Permissions Policy header is still missing. So, after enabling this header in the plugin’s settings you should be all good to go.

But please note that we’re only allowed to discuss the Free plugin on these forums, and as your question concerns features in the Pro plugin: please send us a message via https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/ if you require further assistance, and we will be glad to help out.

    Kind regards, Jarno
