MIssing Search Bar

I have multiple tables but let’s focus on this one. I’m missing the search bar. I noticed another topic that talked colspan but I don’t think that applies here. I checked the use data tables option. I turned the search option on and off to see if I could kick it into gear but was unsuccessful.
