Missing Reviews Trust Badge

    Hi there,

    We have been using your reviews plugin for a while now and we really like it! Recently we noticed overnight the reviews badge that we had on the homepage of our website now says 0 reviews? It said before 293 reviews but all of a sudden it seems to have glitched and says 0? Is this a simple fix?

    In the plugin settings I have noticed it will not allow to tick the box ‘Enable this option to display trust badges’. When I try to and save the settings the box unchecks itself.

    Thanks for using our plugin and reporting this issue!

    Can you please let me know the domain of your website and I will check why the system doesn’t allow activation of trust badges?

    Yes it was working perfectly before.

    Great, thanks for sharing these details.

    I checked and see that the problem happened because your website’s domain had changed. It used to be ‘consolewarehouse.com’ but now it is ‘www.consolewarehouse.com’. Since trust badges are linked to a domain, they didn’t recognize the new www domain.

    Can you please try to activate trust badges again now? I’ve updated the settings and it should work now.
