    Hi,
    I’m not seeing these results:
CPU/Core count, Real Time CPU Usage, Server Uptime, RAM details, Real Time RAM Usage

So, I contacted my hosting provider (Siteground) and ask them to check if shell_exec() function was enable and it had executable permission. The answer was yes to both the questions.

What else can I try to do?

Please note that just having shell_exec enabled is not enough. The plugin looks at the data that it received from the /proc/ folder of the server as it gets the data from /proc/meminfo, /proc/cpuinfo, /proc/uptime etc. So, if your host doesn’t allow to get the data from the files inside the /proc/ folder, the UNIX commands that the plugin runs will have no effect. This is why despite having shell_exec() enabled you are still seeing this message.
