Missing radio buttons on cart

Based on your screenshot, the first zone will always match for Western Australia, while these second will never be shown. Try inverting them in the shipping zone by drag/drop.

I think you have this back-to-front but I’ve tried it anyway.

Now there is still no radio button, and the in store pickup option is now not shown. BUT the price is now shown for the flat rate delivery.

I’m probably missing something simple here??

You have the following CSS:

.woocommerce ul#shipping_method li {list-style:none;}

Try:

.woocommerce ul#shipping_method li {list-style:circle;}

My radio buttons still don’t show on the cart page.

I really need some help on this one please! I don’t understand why I’d need to change CSS – shouldn’t WooCommerce work correctly out of the box?

I also don’t know how to try changing this CSS even if I wanted to.

Is this radio button thing a bug, or something I’ve not set up correctly?

Put the CSS in Appearance-Customuse-Additional CSS

This has probably been caused by the theme you are using and not WooCommerce itself

Thanks for the CSS advice. I tried this, and all that happened was a small circle appeared next to the one of the shipping options:

You suggested that the theme might be the cause so I have changed to the 2020 theme and disabled every plugin except WooCommerce and this is what the cart looks like – still no radio button:

I am not sure what you would like for it to happen now.

Based on your configuration, the site is working fine:

This shows that for X zip codes, the Flat Rate method will appear, and only that.

For the rest of the region instead, local pickup will show.

So, in any case, there is only one shipping method available, therefore no choice is required, and no radio buttons will show.

The site is working fine for how it is configured. What do you expect it to show exactly? For it to have radio buttons you should have more shipping options available to choose.

If someone lives in the defined postcode area, I want them to be able to choose between store pickup (free) or delivery (flat rate).

If someone lives outside the defined postcode area, but within Western Australia, I want them to be able to choose store pickup.

From what you say, I have not set it up correctly for this to occur. Can you tell me how I should set up the shipping differently for what I want?

Your screenshots indicate that you created the following two shipping zones:

– Postcode for shipping method postcode
– Pickup for shipping method pickup

Instead, you’d have to create the following shipping zone:

– Western Australis with the shipping zones postcode and pickup

On https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/?_ga=2.2223477.496122145.1595228652-847651827.1588865958 you can find detailed instructions on how to set up the shipping zones, so that customers from WA are able to select between postcode and pickup as shipping options on your site.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

I have the same exact problem and it looks like we are not the only ones, did you find a solution?
