    You posted that this issue was fixed with the latest update, but it did not fix.. by the look of it.. NONE of your updates have fixed it in teh last 4 updates.
    I have got a Rollback plug in installed (Thank the gods) & i have had to roll back to Version 4.4.14 which is the last working version.

    Issue:
    FB feed only loads 20 items of the 280 I have in my previous uploads. I had missing items all over the place. if i could upload a screen shot, i would.
    After rolling back to the older version, re-uploaded the feed to FB.. all my items returned.

    Please fix this…

    We have solved the issue. Please update the plugin to its latest version 4.4.20. Go to CTX Feed > Settings, set the Variation Query Type to Variable Dependable and regenerate the feed.

    @wahid0003 this did not fix the issue! Version 4.4.14 i have 262 items (inc variants) show in my FB shop. after your last updates these past weeks.. i only get 20.. & this morning I updated as 2nd time you have promised this is fixed… i got 18! and after changing the settings as you mentioned.
    Sorry but this is not fixed & i can not get any error logs to show you as none are displayed.
    i am yet again rolling BACK to 4.4.14.

    Hi @leopardpagan,

    I think you have made a CSV feed and the CSV feed file is cached by your server. You need to exclude CSV files from server caching.

    if the above solution does not work then send me the feed file URL.

    If you are using any of those plugins, then the above documentation will help you to clear your server cache.

    However, if the above doesn’t help you to solve the issue then please, let us know along with the feed URL.
