missing privacy option in settings am using delicate theme

Hi, guys am using delicate 3.5.2 wordpress theme and wordpress version is 3.5.1. In my dashboard settings, privacy option is not visible. I want to allow search engines to crawl my web pages ……………please give me the solutions as much as possible….
