missing posts (with WPML and custom posts)

I have WPML installed and am running the SupportDesk theme (https://themeforest.net/item/support-desk-a-responsive-helpdesk-theme/4321280), which uses a custom post type (st_kb).

I have around 600 articles across 7 languages. When I publish the widget, (or view in WPP settings), I see articles in all languages – rather than just the current site language.

How can I make the widget show only the current site language?
