Missing posts from blogger transfer

I did a transfer from blogger a week ago, an just realized that it only transferred 179/267 published posts, and 90/114 drafts. I already re-categorized all of the posts that did make the move, so I don’t want to delete them and try importing everything again. I thought of transferring the missing posts manually, but then I would loose the comments. What can I do?
