Missing "Posts", "Add New" and "Media" links from Admin pages

Hello folks!

I don’t know when and why this happened, but I’ve lost the three links in the subject.

Now, i can still do these three actions from the contextual menu on the top right of the pages, but I’d like to have the standard links back.

I’m not sure if the cause is Hybrid theme or the GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools.

I cannot remore Hybrids, as this is a production environment, but I removed GD Custom Posts And Taxonomies Tools without solving the issue.

There is a way to restore the default menu?
