    @concatenate The populate button appears when the Places API is setup successfully with a Place ID, API Key and a Google Cloud billing account. There’s a visual guide at the support website with all the steps you’ll need.

    Thanks for the quick response. All is/was already set up. I will check again or put in a new key

    Unfortunately, not seeing the button. Put in a new API key, but that did not resolve it.

    @concatenate A couple common issues:

    • The Place ID needs to be for a specific location and not a coverage area (known as an SAB)
    • The API Key needs to be restricted to the web server IP (not a URL)
    • The API Key restriction is to the Places API only (not maps)
    • A active billing account is required for API requests
