Missing Plug In

This worked a few month ago but now I get a black screen and the words Missing Plugin. I deleted the plug in (including had to use FTP to delete the WSI folder) and reinstalled and get the same message. Help would be appreciated as this makes me look bad to my client! Can see problem here: https://reginellabridal.com.c11.previewyoursite.com/
(I tested a direct link to the flash file and it displays correctly in the browser so I have to believe it is something to do with WP Splash Image plugin.
