    Hi There
I’m trying to use the duplicator, as you can see on the link there are 2 fails which will not let me process further. I’m using a synology private server and I cannot find the: php mysqli

    Permissions

    files-

Synology has asked that I ask you:
Please could you contact the creator of the plugin or WordPress on what actions need to be taken so we know how to advance.

It could be a permissions issue or it might be a password issue for MariaDB, we can’t tell currently.

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @puredm18,

Thanks for the feedback! There are a few items in the FAQ that may provide a solution to this issue, this one may get you going.

    ? ? – I get an error/warning about permissions what should I do?
    ? ? – https://snapcreek.com/duplicator/docs/faqs-tech/#faq-trouble-055-q

Also, your host will need to make sure that mysqli extension is installed. Kind of odd for them to ask you to post here, most hosts usually understand that screen and know what to fix right away. You might ask to speak with another tech on their team.

Let me know if this helps~
