    Hello,
    over the past 24 hours, we’ve received multiple (5+) failed payments from recurring subscriptions with the same error:

    “Square Payment Failed (Subscription Renewal: payment token is missing/invalid.) Order status changed from Pending payment to Failed.”

    Some of these subscriptions have had many renewals in the past and have not had any issues prior.

    Customers are still able to purchase and create an initial subscription without any issues.

    Has anybody else had this issue occur to them? Any idea what’s going on? Thank you

    We are having this issue as well. I still haven’t been able to figure it out. Some subscription renewals are successful and some are failing. It makes no sense.

    Same here, between this and the location bug yesterday this is crazy.

    We also experienced this with 2.1.1, seemed to be fixed with 2.1.2/2.1.3 but those versions are having issues blocking input of credit card info.

    @rplakas thank you! This solved our problem! We no longer accept Square for new orders so our issue was only related to subscription renewals. So, I’m ok with the CC entry bug.

    Hi all,

    Version 2.1.4 has resolved the token and credit card fields on the checkout page. Update to version 2.1.4 to resolve the issues.
