Missing payment ID on registration page

  • Hi,

    I get the following error “Missing payment ID” when someone trying to register to the website. I also get an error in the log, that the ressource “/wp-content/plugins/restrict-content/core/includes/js/register.min.js?ver=3.5.24” could not be loaded.
    I use the registration form [register_form] in “Restrict content” for the login.
    Please help!!

    Hi Chris – what version of the plugin are you currently using? Have you done a conflict check by turning off all other plugins?

    We’re all on the latest version of the plugin, most likely. The real problem is that this is a badly maintained plugin – perhaps the worst I’ve ever seen with a paid plugin. I am sure whomever is at the helm sold it for a fat cheque, and doesn’t actually care about the aggravation caused to the paying users. Unfortunately, a lot of us are stuck with RCP for the time being. Turning off other plugins doesn’t fix your broken one.
