Missing Pay button in user’s Order Page

Hi,
My user is not getting a Pay-button in user’s order page after the Store agent updated the requested Quote item with pricing. But a payment link is available in user’s email. I’ve tested sending an Order to user directly from the Store-Order panel and don’t have such issue. This only happen with products with Request Quote checkout, and no matter how I updated the pricing and status for this Order Request also not seeing the Pay Button. I noticed it doesn’t update the pricing on user side.The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
