Missing Pay button in user’s Order Page

    Hi,
    My user is not getting a Pay-button in user’s order page after the Store agent updated the requested Quote item with pricing. But a payment link is available in user’s email. I’ve tested sending an Order to user directly from the Store-Order panel and don’t have such issue. This only happen with products with Request Quote checkout, and no matter how I updated the pricing and status for this Order Request also not seeing the Pay Button. I noticed it doesn’t update the pricing on user side.

    Hi @weekk2017,

    Can you please let me know what is the status of the orders which contain quote products?

    The Pay link appears on the Order page for the customers only when the order status is Pending Payment.

    If the order status is anything other than Pending Payment, the Pay button will not be displayed.

    Please let me know.

    Hi Pinal,
    Thanks for the reply! The order status is in Pending Payment mode. But anywhere I have resolved the issue by adding in a prefix ‘qwc’ to all ‘_quote_status’in the main php file. Not sure whether it is the correct rectification but it worked.

    Hi @weekk2017,

    Thanks a lot for the update. I’ll try to replicate this at my end and send you an update soon.

    In the meantime, please note that along with the order status, the quote also needs to be marked as Complete.

    This indicates that the admin has completed the changes needed in the item prices and now these prices can be displayed to the end user.

    This can be done using the Quote Complete button present below the list of items in Add/Edit Order page.
