Missing parts in Site Settings

I have used this plugin for a while on my website. I recently moved to a VPS and now some settings are not visible anymore.
To be more precise, I cannot enter a url, username and password,and the ‘Add Site’ button is gone.Do you know if that has something to do with the server I’m on?
