(I should have said “The third site I have slimstats installed on shows 12 panels”)

Yes, we were able to replicate the issue and are already working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thats brilliant – thanks Camu ??

Same situation here, most of the panels I used in overview are gone. Any update in this?

Update: I think in my case it was not related to the Update to 3.4.2 – if I remember right I did that update last week, but still saw the panels afterwards. I think they disappeared yesterday, but I might be mistaken…

Probably an issue with an external service (like IP lookup etc.)?

Temporary fix: in Screen Options uncheck the Rankings report.

Um, can you help me to find this? I have a German installartion and can’t find anything that seems to fit, no Screen Options, no Ranking…
    Thanks in advance,

Screen Options is the WordPress dropdown handle to hide/show stuff on the current page, next to the Help handle in the top right hand corner.

Neither here, though the options slightly differ from griff701’s, not only in language:

(I have an additional “about” option and a different order)

It seems that also many of the panels disappeared from the screen options

Sorry for the inconvenience, guys. We are working on a fix. This coming Monday we should be ready to release an update (it’s Thanksgiving weekend here in the US).

We’ve fixed this in version 3.4.3, which we are going to release in a few hours. Please test it and let us know if it works for you.

    Best,
    Camu

Sorry to say that, but no change here after updating to 3.4.3 – still most of the panels missing in overview, also in the screen options – same as on screenshot above (https://s29.postimg.org/59v1j7lt3/Slimstat.jpg).

Pleeeeaase, I’m feeling so blind not knowing which pages get most traffic… ??

Very strange. Can you enable WP’S DEBUG MODE for a few minutes and see if you get any fatal error messages?

    Thread Starter griff701

    (@griff701)

Exactly the same, no change at all here either – same 5 panels showing as in the first screen shot of post 1.

Allowing debug shows the following error at the top of the ‘overview’ page

Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 3017
