Missing Page in Password Reset and Password recovery process

    Hello Sir,
    I feel that there’s an error in your Password Reset process.

    The reason is because, there should be Two(2) separate Pages in the Password Reset process:

    These are the Lost Password Page, and the New Password Page.

    These two(2) different Pages, will be used for different purposes, and they will carry different messages to the User.

    1.) LOST PASSWORD PAGE
    The Lost Password Page, is where I expect my users to be taken to, when they click the “Lost Password” link on the Login Form.

    This Page only asks them for their Email Address, so that it can send them a Password Reset link.

    On this Page, I want to be able to add a Message that says “Enter your Email to Reset your Password“.

    Then, when they enter their Email and send, they should get a Password Reset link.

    And when they click this link in their Email, they should be taken to the:

    2.) PASSWORD RECOVERY PAGE

    It is on this Password Recovery Page, that users should be required to enter their New Password.

    On this Password Recovery Page, I want to be able to add a Message that says “Enter your New Password here, to regain entrance to our Community“.

    So, You can see that we need Two(2) separate Pages for the Password Reset and Password Recovery process.

    Would You work to fix this issue very soon?

    You can customize the texts for the password recovery process from Login Form Dashboard -> Password Recovery settings.

    Do let me know if you have any further questions on this.

    Thank You very much Sir, for your reply.

    The only thing is that you were very busy, so you didn’t have time to think about my issue at all.

    You just felt like telling me anything you like. But sadly, anything you like that you told me, did not solve any problem, and could not solve any problem of what I am raising to you.

    Please, calm down to really understand what i am saying, and you would see that indeed, there is only one Page in the Password Reset process, and I can actually customize the texts for the Password recovery process from Login Form Dashboard -> Password Recovery settings.

    The problem is that this Text is static and it addresses only One Render State in the process.

    Whereas, there is the state when the user is expected to enter their Email.

    And there is the other state after which the User clicks on the Reset Password link, and they are taken to the New Password Page.

    This New Password Page is a second state in the Password Reset process.

    But your RegistrationMagic plugin only provides for One Render State. This means that I can only change and customize the text indeed, for only One state, out of the Two(2) different states.

    Here are the States:

    From these Two(2) images, do you now understand what I am saying?

    That it is more than just changing a static text, but also providing that change of the Text in Two(2) separate Password Recovery states?

    Now, a straight forward way to achieve this, is to provide an option for 2 Pages— One for Password Request, and the second Page for New Password Recovery.

    We apologize for any confusion with our previous response. The texts on the second step of the password recovery process are not available for editing from the backend. We will plan on adding these texts for editing in a future update.
