• I have the plugin installed on multiple sites and suddenly all of the AddToAny buttons vanished. In the console, it gives the error that this file – https://static.addtoany.com/menu/page.js – is not accessible. When I tried to access the file in the browser it wouldn’t load.

It took me a while, but I finally figured out why it wasn’t loading. The problem is that I frequently use a VPN. If I turn off my VPN the file suddenly loads. If I enable it, poof it’s gone.

Why is the server the file is on blocking access when the user has a VPN enabled?

The file should be accessible regardless of whether the user has a VPN or not. If the file must be kept on a server that blocks VPNs, can you please make a copy of the file available on a server that does not block VPNs and then update the plugin so that there is an option to use that file instead?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

AddToAny doesn’t block VPNs, so your issue is almost certainly the VPN blocking/filtering AddToAny, etc.

It’s a common feature for VPNs to optionally filter out content (such as ads, social media buttons, etc.), so you should look into how to configure the VPN’s filtering/blocking options.
