    I’m testing the plugin Version 1.24.0 with

      GA4 only

    running alongside our long tested UA data collection implementation separately. I see GA4 orders with Pixel Manager for WooCommerce being missed sometimes. Sometimes the pixel is checked as fired and they are missing from GA and and sometimes it’s not fired. We use stripe for payment. Your plugin seems to be the best for sending first party data to Google Ads so we’d like to use it but so far we are seeing some problems sending data to GA4.

    I quickly checked the website.

    You have several other Google tags installed. Those can interfere with the measurement. Please remove them.

    Also, please follow this testing procedure: https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/testing

    Also, you need to know that the free version only uses the browser pixel for reporting orders. If customers use any type of ad blocker for instance, orders won’t be tracked.

    If you want practically 100% order tracking accuracy, you’ll need to acquire the pro version. It uses the GA4 Measurement Protocol (server-to-server) to report orders.

    Have replied in the emails about some ongoing questions regarding missing orders and how they are tracked in GA (as events?) with screenshots and such. Just checking if they are getting to you!

    Both Google Analytics 4 and UA are currently under-tracking conversions (roughly 50% of the total amount).

    I checked your site and see Google Tag Manager installed on the site. See – https://share.getcloudapp.com/d5uynN9Y.

    This can interfere with our tracking scripts. That’s why we’re recommending our users to consolidate all pixels into the Pixel Manager.
