    Hello,

I have more orders in Woocommerce than in GA4. There is not a pattern between them: same payment method, same products…

I am tracking with the integration between woocommerce and GA.

Is there because of the cookies not accepted? or it is anything wrong?
please, help me to understand it.

    Thank you

    Hello @martaysifly,

    Thank you for reaching out!

The purchase events are calculated from the order-received page, so please check if some orders are being directed to a different page or if you have any customizations added to the woocommerce_thankyou hook in general.

Additionally, as you’ve mentioned, your cookie consent plugin might be preventing the tracking script. You can verify this by making an order without agreeing to cookies. Remember to open the order from a private tab and use a customer account (not as an administrator).

Let us know how it goes! :?)

    Thank you for your answer,

If someone close the page after pay (whitouth return to my website), i won’t track that order, is that?

Do you know how can I “force” to go back to my website after redsys in order to track that order?

    Thank you so much

Is your payment gateway using a redirect method? They should return back to the order-received page by default, it’s a common standard for most payment gateways. If that’s not happening, then kindly contact the plugin author about this.

Just to confirm, are you using this RedSys extension?

Look forward to hearing back from you.

    I have Redsys WooCommerce

I’m still not quite sure which plugin this is. :?)

If it’s the PRO version on WooCommerce.com, kindly open a new ticket about this from WooCommerce.com > MY profile > Support so we can move your request to the plugin author.

    Cheers!
