    Hello,

I have an issue with missing orders.

Customer create a new order successfully and I have received an email about new order. But this order is not visible on orders list in Woocommerce admin page. When I try to change order id manually in web adress (post.php?post=[ORDER_ID]&action=edit), I receive different “object”, i.e. generated coupon, old order with the same id etc…
This is not fully reproducible – the most orders have valid order id, but I have a few “missing orders”/”orders with invalid order id in the last couple days.

    How to fix my issue?
How to recover missing orders? How to recover orders with duplicated order id?

Maybe using “Order number custom prefix” or different “Order numbers counter” can help?

I will be grateful for your help.

    Regards,
    Lukasz

    Plugin configuration:
    Version: 1.3.3
    Order numbers counter: Sequential
    Sequential: Reset counter
Enable order tracking by custom number: Enabled

    Hi @manhjk,

Did you check whether the order reappears when our plugin is deactivated? – I just want to be sure here that the issue is with our plugin only.

Would you please share with us the screenshot of the email you have received and the orders list page to see if there is a sequence in the orders which are getting missed?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your replay.

I already know this issue reason. I created a clone of my site for testing purposes on another address, but I forgot disable Google indexing and our customers put couple of orders on this copied site. This was the reason of “missing ” orders on the original site.
So, it was not related with your plugin. You can close or even delete this topic in order to do not scare other users ??

    Hi Lukasz,

Glad to know that you could find out the reason. This would be helpful if any other client do the same mistake on their site.
