Missing Order ID & Google Analytics Missing Transaction

  • Hello,

    I am facing two issues –

    1. Order ID & associated purchase value is missing ( I have used gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC to fire the purchase event)
    2. There is a data discrepancy between GA & WordPress

    Could you please help me resolve these issues?

    Hi,

    I can help you investigate the first point if you can tell me how I can place an order without the need to use my bank card. Do you have a public test site where you can turn on any other payment methods like bank transfer?

    As for your second point: there will be always differences between GA and WordPress due to various blocking technologies (native and via extensions) in popular browsers. I am not sure I can help.
