    Steps:
    1. View the activity panel in Paypal, and click on an order.
    2. The order details row is missing.

    Investigation:
I noticed this only happens when a user places an order and the order contains some kind of discount ( item on sale or discount code ).

    Replication:
    1. Add a discount code to an order
    2. Click Paypal to purchase
    3. In the top right corner of the pop up is the order total. Normally you can click on the arrow and it will display the order details. There is no arrow when a discount is applied.

    Hello @seanonit

Thank you for reaching out to us. In the past, we have seen this issue with other merchants as well and have attempted to fix this issue for them. In these instances, the issue was created by other plugins that were manipulating the line items somehow so that our plugin was not sending the details. The 3rd party plugins for these instances were Woo Custom Fee and WooCommerce Extra Fee Option.

A fix for these issues was included in our 1.5.1 release, so be sure that you have our latest version installed. If that does not fix the issue, please test which plugin is causing the issue for you and let us know which one it is, so we can test this further and get this included in a possible next release of our plugin.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    @joostvandevijver thanks for the response.

I have taken the following steps but still see the issue.

    – 1.5.1 of the plugin installed
    – Removed all other plugins other than Woocommerce
    – Removed all functions in functions.php
    – Removed all custom Woocommerce templates
    – Switched to theme twentytwentyone

    Running Woocommerce 5.6 / WordPress 5.8

    Any other ideas?
