Missing or invalid site address.

Hi there,

I fistly used WP for this part of the site: https://norest4thecollectors.x10hosting.com/disco/

I would like to replace the current blog/index page of the site (https://norest4thecollectors.x10hosting.com) by a WP type of blog. I thought I would add a new site. but when I add a new one it comes up with: Missing or invalid site address.

this is the wp-config.php:
