Please review your XML products and compare the ID on Meta, it’s likely that there are duplicates. If you confirm that your XML does not have duplicate ID then it’s an issue on Meta’s end.

You can try resync/request on Update on Meta’s side or reach out to their support.

Looking at your images the mapping shouldn’t have an issue, except that your product_type field is mapped to the category path but I don’t think it’s a critical issue, try temporarily removing it and see.

As there’s no issue with the feed resync your products or reach out to Facebook support. Also, review Facebook’s required attributes and ensure that it’s on your feed: Data feed fields and specifications for catalogues in Commerce Manager | Meta Business Help Centre (facebook.com)

No, I don’t think that’s the cause but you can try disabling the feed as a test and see if it works. Also, in some cases duplicating or creating a new feed fixes the issue.
