missing options

Thank you for using Yoast SEO and for reaching out!

Thank you as well for your screenshot which helps us understand what you see. From it, I see that the focus keyphrase field is not showing for you. This can be due to a few items that are disabled, can you please check:

A) Go to Users → Profile and scroll down till you see the Yoast SEO options, we have 2 checkboxes there to disable stuff, check if any are checked and if so, uncheck them.
B) Go to Yoast SEO → General → Features (tab) and check if the SEO and Readability analysis are both enabled.

Hope this helps to bring it back.

Thanks for the fast response. I did not notice there is a Yoast option under users. The two options were checked so I uncheck them. Also, the SEO options under features were enabled. I already see the other options but there is a bit of an issue.

Everything is there like the smiley icon, focus keyphrase, google preview, and everything.

Everything has just gone from the top to the bottom.

I tried disabling plugins, themes, script, clearing my cache, and everything but still the same.

Thank you for your reply.

Looking at your new screenshots, it looks like the metabox can’t load due to a conflict. Are you running all the latest versions of your themes, plugins, and WordPress itself? If you are already up to date, I’d recommend doing a conflict check to see what combination of themes or plugins makes the metabox not able to load. You can find the steps to do this here: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-check-for-plugin-conflicts/

Alternatively, you can also check your browser console if you can spot any Javascript errors that might lead us to find the culprit. After you load the page editing experience and when you only see the titles (as in your second screenshot), please check your browser console for errors.
