    Hi there,

I’m writing to seek assistance with a technical issue I’m currently facing on my website. Specifically, I’m having trouble with a link that fails to load the CSS correctly.

Upon careful examination of the provided link, it appears that there is a missing forward slash (“/”) after the domain extension (.fr). Consequently, the CSS file fails to load as intended. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter.

Could you please assist me by adding the missing forward slash to the link? Here is the link in question:

    https://my-domain.fr4575_6313cf3050e68233c2573fad6073dedd/css/style-4575.css?ver=1682502687

Once the forward slash is added, I believe the CSS file will load correctly. However, if any further issues persist, I would greatly appreciate your ongoing support.

Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. I’m looking forward to hearing from you soon.

    Best regards,

    Hi @flojdm

    Hope you are doing fine!

It seems this part is generated by a cache plugin in the site:

    4575_6313cf3050e68233c2573fad6073dedd/css/style-4575.css?ver=1682502687

The best way to identify which plugin is changing the path is through a plugin conflict test. Basically, you’ll need to create a backup of the site (in case you need to revert any changes made through this procedure), next, deactivate all plugins, except Forminator and switch to a basic theme. Then verify if the issue persists. If it doesn’t then start activating the plugins/theme one by one until you identify the one causing the issue.

Please share the results from the conflict test to provide further help.

    Kind regards

    Luis

    Hi there,

I have quickly fix my problem by simply copied the contents of the CSS file generated in the root directory and pasted it into the “style.css” file of my child theme. In my case, the file was located at: “public_html/4575_6313cf3050e68233c2573fad6073dedd/css/style-4575.css”.

I exhausted all possible solutions to fix the problem, including disabling themes and plugins, as well as clearing browser cache. Unfortunately, none of these actions proved successful in resolving the error.

    Best regards,
