Missing Navigation Bar – If Allowed $10 Reward

not sure if the WordPress forums allow rewarding people to help, if so I’ll paypal $10 to the person who can help me solve my issue.

very easy to explain, when i click on an article my navigation bar does not appear. (i.e. the navigation bar appears fine on the blog homepage listed below, it also appears fine when i run a search within my blog, but when i click on any article then the navigation bar does not appear)
